Gipsy finished the Polish Championship

2007 - 2008

Angie and Gipsy had been shown in Germany and the Netherlands
and did quite well - www.leotrio.eu

Nov. 2007

Angie's season was somewhat strange, a sudden raise and drop of progesterone,
therefore no chance yet to breed her

June 2008

Angie' s season, this time slow raising progesteron suggests a "regular"
season with  the chance for a "dog wedding";
quite a long trip to meet the chosen lover and also an "interrupted" season
with Prog. up's and down's and Up's again - well, so we have to wait till mid of
July to know whether this "dog wedding with problems" was sucessful or not

July 2008

twice ultrasound and palpation - NO PUPPIES for Angie
we are now going to wait for Gipsy's season (some time in Aug. 2008)
and did already some research on a suitable lover for Gipsy

Aug. 2008

Gipsy came into season and dog wedding was celebrated twice sucessfully

Sept. 2008

Pregnancy confirmed by USG (?no of puppies?)

Oct. 2008

X-ray after day 53 did show 6 puppies
Puppies are born (a bit earlier than expected)
2 boys, 4 girls

Dec. 2008

Basis-Vac., Micro-Chipping, Tattoage and Registration at Polish Kennelclub,
also back in Germany several veterinary checks incl. X-rays to make sure that we
send the puppies "as healthy as any possible" to the new puppy parents

Departures of puppies took place Dec. 16 - 19 - 22, 2008

Jan. 2009

enjoying our Mandy, socialising her well and looking forward to Angie's season
which we expect some time in 2009
planning eventually the B-litter

Feb. 2009

very busy with Mandy's training, visiting home for elderly people weekly, visiting kindergarten and other places, at the beginning 4 x per week, now we reduced it
to 2 x per week. Mandy does great and is a puppy of very charming sweet temperament

March 2009

the Leotrio made a trip to France to meet Angie's fiance
and spent a few days there (March 02 - dog wedding)

very busy with Mandy's training and preparing for her 1st show

April 2009

Angie is pregnant but it is a somewhat complicated pregnancy (with some resorption due to lack of prog.) which has to be supervised and supported - Angie is very slim and locks rather like a model than a pregnant girl

May 2009

a somewhat complicated pregnancy ended in a somewhat complicated delivery
yet all pups had been fine and strong from the first moment - Angie was tired, exhausted but alright
Angie was supported by the whole pack - during pregnancy, during delivery,
whilst raising the pups

June 2009

End of June

much fun but lack of sleep since the puppytrio is very adventurous - and there was so much to learn and to do for them - many outdoor activities

the final GOODBYE - it always hurts but the new puppy parents are
so in love with their "cute bundles of joy" - this shows us that we did
again pretty well

July - Dec. 2009

we will enjoy life, probably attend some shows, relax and make plans for 2010
eventually visiting friends "across the big pond" - not sure yet
